Diane Troyer, vice president of academic and student affairs at Harford Community College, will be among the members of a delegation from Maryland that will visit women's groups in Japan.

The trip is sponsored by the Women's Subcommittee of the Kanagawa-Maryland Sister State Program, which has received a grant from the Japan Foundation Center for Global Partnership. The grant, which is being administered by Cecil Community College, will allow the delegation to cement the sister relationship formed in 1991 with the Kanagawa Women's Council.
