FIRE

* Mount Airy: Firefighters from the Mount Airy station responded to a woods fire in the 400 block of N. Main St. at 7:59 p.m. Tuesday. They were out for 67 minutes.

* Woodbine: Lisbon of Howard County and Woodbine responded for a brush fire in the 6800 block of Dorsey Lane at 1:43 p.m. Wednesday.

Units were out for 38 minutes.
