* North Laurel: 9900 block of Route 1: A black 1993 Ford Mustang with Maryland tags ARB278 was stolen Sunday, police said.

9500 block of Sylvan Still Road: Someone stole a black 1992 Nissan Sentra with Maryland tags BEL580 Saturday or Sunday.

All Saints Road/Bourbon Street: A Silver Spring man and a Hyattsville juvenile stopped for motor vehicle violations Monday were arrested and charged with auto theft. The car, a Chevrolet Monte Carlo, had been reported stolen from Montgomery County. Carlos Omar Ayala was still being held on $2,500 bond last night; the youth had been released into parental custody.

* Jessup: 7900 block of Dorsey Run Road: A 1987 Hyundai Excel stolen Saturday or Sunday was found Monday in Anne Arundel County.
