3-month probe results in 4 arrests

County narcotics detectives and federal agents arrested a 33-year-old Pasadena man on drug charges after searching his house in the 300 block of Cool Breeze Court last week. They reported finding $6,000 and small amounts of cocaine and heroin in the house.

The man, identified by county police as Eric Angelo Tyler, was the first of four people to be picked up as part of an investigation that police said began three months ago and is continuing.

Mr. Tyler was charged with distributing cocaine and heroin. Three others arrested by federal agents in Baltimore shortly after Mr. Tyler was taken into custody were charged with possession of and possession with intent to distribute cocaine.

The other three, whom police would not identify, were picked up on Franklintown Road in Southwest Baltimore.

Three cars -- a 1993 Acura Vigor, a 1984 Nissan 300ZX and a Nissan Maxima of an unknown model year -- also were seized in the Baltimore operation, police said. Police also seized more than $33,000 and 4.1 ounces of cocaine with a street value of $11,000, along with a small amount of heroin, police said.
