The Property Management Association, a nonprofit organization of nearly 575 national capital-area property managers, has elected Barbara Ullmann of Washington Realty president and Marilyn K. Feucht of Polinger Company president-elect.

Other board members are M. Frank Scott Frankhauser, Metro Management, vice president; Ralph E. Hudson Jr., Charles E. Smith Management, secretary/treasurer; Sandra E. Camp, Manekin Corp.; William O. West, Polinger Co.; John Potvin, Equity Management; Kenneth Klimpl, Southern Management Corp.; Stephen I. Friedman; Capital Properties; Patrick E. Gray, Engineering and Technical Consultants; Elaine Colton, Energy Dezign Corp.; and Sharon Toepfer, Toepfer Construction.

New Home Marketing Group of American Properties Inc. won nine "Million Dollar Circle" awards at the recent National Association of Home Builders convention in Las Vegas.

Leslie Lawrence Heishman, marketing manager for the Columbia-based firm, received a "Gold Citation" for over $15 million in supervised sales at 16 new home communities.

"Silver Citations" for $2 million in sales were presented to new home sales managers Linda Shipley, Donna Paden and Jane Brown. "Gold Citations" went to Susan Rettaliata, $7.3 million in sales, Jim Jeppi, $5.3 million, and Kim Anderson, $5 million. Mo Weymouth and Terry Acra received "Platinum Citations" for exceeding $10 million.


Tuesday: The Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors is offering the course "The New Seller Property Disclosure Law & Other Real Estate Disclosures" from 9:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. at 6501 N. Charles St. A continental breakfast will be served. Admission is $40 for members and $75 for nonmembers.
