ROBBERY: Western District -- A gunman robbed a resident of the 600 block of N. Arlington Ave. of a beeper and two money orders, all valued at $150, in the 1000 block of Mosher St. Tuesday.
SHOOTING: Western District -- A resident of the 600 block of N. Arlington Ave. was in the 1100 block of Mosher St. Tuesday when he was shot in the right hand and right thigh by a man armed with a 9 mm semiautomatic handgun. The victim was taken to the University of Maryland Medical Center for treatment.
ROBBERY: Western District -- A gunman robbed a resident of the 800 block of N. Fremont Ave. of nearly $1,000 in the 1100 block of W. Lafayette Ave. Tuesday.
BURGLARY: Northwestern District -- Several pieces of stereo equipment were stolen from the First Baptist Church in the 5300 block of Denmore Ave. on Sunday, Monday or Tuesday.
ASSAULT: Northwestern District -- Police were seeking a man who pointed a handgun at a woman and threatened to shoot her during an incident at the woman's home in the 3300 block of Oakfield Ave. Tuesday.
CUTTING: Northwestern District -- A man cut a resident of the 3300 block of Garrison Ave. with a knife Tuesday during an incident in the 4900 block of Denmore Ave. The victim was not seriously injured. ASSAULT: Southern District -- Police were seeking at least two people who assaulted a couple in their homein the first block of W. Talbott St. Tuesday.
ROBBERY: White Marsh District -- A man who implied he had a handgun robbed the High's dairy store in the 8200 block of Philadelphia Road in Rosedale Tuesday night and escaped with an undisclosed sum of money. The man placed a package of baked goods on the counter, police said, then placed one hand under his sweat shirt in a threatening manner and told the clerk to "back off." The man then removed money from the cash register and escaped on foot.
