Busby, Hopkins top Rochester

CHESTERTOWN -- Senior guard Luke Busby scored 26 points and pulled down three rebounds to lead Johns Hopkins past Rochester, 73-58, last night in the first round of the Wilde Goose Tournament at Washington College.

Senior forward Lou Sabad scored 25 points and had eight rebounds for the Blue Jays (5-3).

In the other first-round game, Bill Carr scored 23 points to leaCabrini College (3-2) past Salisbury State (3-5), 100-85.

Craig Blackmon led the Sea Gulls with 25 points. Casey Musick (( and Kyle Jefferson each had 11.
