Man, juvenile charged in theft of wallet
A Belcamp woman from the 1200 block of Muskey Court reported to sheriff's deputies that someone stole her wallet containing credit cards and $45 on Oct. 17.
Deputies arrested an 18-year-old Belcamp man and a 15-year-old Aberdeen youth last week.
The man, Kevin Edward Laughton, was charged with theft and possession of drug paraphernalia. The juvenile was charged with theft, possession of drug paraphernalia and with giving police a false statement.
Mr. Laughton was released on his own recognizance and the juvenile was released to a parent pending further action by juvenile services.
Reward offered in breaking, entering
Harford County Crime Solvers is offering a reward up to $1,000 for the arrest and indictment of someone responsible for a breaking and entering at a Bel Air residence in the 600 block of Plumtree Road Oct. 28.
Someone broke glass in a rear basement door and forced open a chain lock to gain entry between 1:30 p.m. and 1:45 p.m. Police found blood on the glass and on the floor.
Items stolen included gold and silver rings, cuff links, pendants, pens, lockets, bracelets, watches, necklaces, earrings and loose diamonds worth $47,080.

Sports cards stolen in Havre de Grace
A reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest of someone who stole 400 basketball cards and 200 to 400 baseball cards from Top Of The Bay in the 400 block of Franklin St. in Havre de Grace on Oct. 18.
Havre de Grace police said the theft occurred between noon and 5 p.m. and their investigation is continuing. The loss was valued at $1,000.
* 200 block of Gulf Drive: Theft of golf clubs, bowling bag, shoes and balls, sunglasses, money, measuring tape and chain saw. The loss was valued at $1,568.
* 400 block of Kentmore Terrace: Theft of 1990 Honda parked at a home Oct. 26. Car contained sunglasses and fire extinguisher. The loss was valued at $14,156.
* 1400 block of Tarragon Court: Theft of a hand saw, toolbox, tools and a power saw Oct. 22 from a residence. The loss was valued at $565.
