Police say that Jonathon Todd Jarboe bragged to a friend that he would never be caught for robbing a pizza deliveryman, so they charged him.

Mr. Jarboe, 22, of the first block of Madison St. in Westminster, was charged with robbery, theft and handgun violations after his arrest Friday. He was being held on $50,000 bond at the Carroll County Detention Center.

Mr. Jarboe is accused of robbing Christopher Bell, a pizza deliveryman, in the first block of Liberty St. about 1 a.m. Aug. 8.

Mr. Bell told police that he was approached by two men. A man wearing a stocking mask over his face pointed a gun at him and demanded, "Give me all your money."

The pair fled with the victim's wallet containing $150.

City police said they received information that Mr. Jarboe bragged to a friend that he would not be caught because he was wearing a stocking mask and that the victim could not identify him.

Police are searching for a second suspect.
