ROBBERY: Southern District -- A deliveryman for Vinzinni's pizza in the 2100 block of W. Patapsco Ave. was in the 3000 block of Southland Ave. Sunday night when a gunman robbed him of an undisclosed sum.
STOLEN CAR: Northern District -- A 1992 Acura Legend with Maryland tags ZYM500 was stolen from the 6000 block of Ivydene Terrace Monday.
BURGLARY: Northern District -- Someone entered a house in the 3000 block of Keswick Road Monday after breaking a window in a kitchen door and stole a VCR and jewelry, all valued at $2,000.
RAPES: Northern District -- Police were seeking four men who raped three women in Druid Hill Park early Monday at gunpoint. The women were each taken to Mercy Medical Center for treatment.
SCHOOL BURGLARY: Northern District -- Someone entered Baltimore Polytechnic Institute in the 1400 block of W. Cold Spring Lane over the weekend and stole a book of tickets and cash, all valued at more than $100.
STOLEN CAR: Northern District -- A 1989 Nissan owned by a resident of the 500 block of N. Charles St. and with Maryland tags PNC752 was stolen from the 2200 block of Mace St. between Saturday and Monday.
ROBBERY: Northern District -- A resident of the 3400 block of Guilford Ave. was walking near her home Monday when a man assaulted her and stole the briefcase she was carrying.
BURGLARY: Northern District -- A 10-speed bike was stolen from a garage in the 200 block of E. Northern Parkway Monday.
ROBBERY: Western District -- A resident of the 1900 block of Forest Park Ave. was in the 2400 block of Woodbrook Ave. Monday night when a gunman took nearly $200.
BURGLARY: Western District -- Someone entered S & S Furniture in the 1400 block of W. Baltimore St. through a second-floor window Saturday night or early Monday and stole property valued at over $300.
BURGLARY: Western District -- Property valued at $120 was stolen from a house in the 1900 block of Mosher St. Monday.
ROBBERY: Western District -- A resident of the 2100 block of N. Fulton Ave. was walking a block from her home Monday when a gunman robbed her of two gold chains valued at $300.
ROBBERY: Western District -- Two youths stole the purse of a resident of the 3000 block of Auchentoroly Terrace Monday as she walked in the 2300 block of Ruskin Ave.
BURGLARY: Western District -- Property valued at more than $400 was stolen from a house in the 1600 block of N. Bentalou St. between Sunday and Monday. Entry was through an unlocked window.
BURGLARY: Western District -- Someone entered an auto parts in the 2200 block of Reisterstown Road over the weekend and stole auto parts and supplies valued at more than $1,000.
BURGLARY: Western District -- Property valued at more than $400 was stolen from Linens of the Week Laundry in the 2500 block of Pennsylvania Ave. over the weekend.
THEFT/ARREST: Northwestern District -- Police arrested a man who attempted to steal a portable radio and a set of headphones, all valued at more than $30, from Food City in the 4000 block of Park Heights Ave. Monday.
STOLEN CAR: Northwestern District -- A 1987 Buick was stolen from the 3900 block of Fordleigh Road Monday. The tag numbers were not known.
THEFT: Northwestern District -- An unemployment check for nearly $200 was stolen Monday from the mailbox of a house in the 4000 block of Belvieu Ave.
SHOOTING: Northwestern District -- A resident of the 4000 block of Fairview Ave. was in the 4000 block of Forest Park Ave. Monday when a man shot him in the right leg. The victim was hospitalized in fair condition.
BURGLARY: Northwestern District -- Someone entered a house in the 4300 block of Bowers Ave. Monday and stole a VCR valued at more than $200.
ASSAULT/ARRESTS: Northwestern District -- Police arrested two teen-agers after each fired a 9mm semiautomatic handgun at the occupants of a car in the 5300 block of Maple Ave. Monday afternoon. Neither occupant, an Anne Arundel County woman nor her nephew, were wounded. Police said the incident was over a dispute between the two arrested youths and the nephew. The suspects were expected to be charged as adults with attempted murder and handgun violations.
THEFT: Northwestern District -- Several pieces of furniture were stolen from a house in the 3600 block of W. Belvedere Ave. Monday.
THEFT: Northwestern District -- A man entered the Giant food store in the 5900 block of Reisterstown Road Monday and stole steaks valued at more than $6.
Northwestern District -- Someone entered a house in the 2800 block of W. Cold Spring Lane Monday and stole jewelry and cash, all of unknown value.
ROBBERIES: North Point District -- A man armed with a knife and wearing a white towel or sheet over his head with holes cut out for his eyes robbed the Domino's pizza shop in the 7400 block of German Hill Road about 8 p.m. Monday of an undisclosed sum. About two hours later, the same man also robbed the Subway carryout in the 8700 block of Philadelphia Road of an undisclosed sum.
THEFT/KIDNAPPING: Joppatowne -- Someone drove a 1988 Chevrolet Corsica from the first block of Ellsworth Place Monday pTC evening while the owner's 18-month-old son slept in a car seat. State Police said the 21-year-old mother left the car's engine running while she visited a friend at 8:20 p.m. When she left the house a few minutes later, she discovered the car and her child missing. At 9:25 p.m., the car and the still-sleeping child, were found two blocks away. Police said it was not known if the theft was deliberate or a prank by someone who knew the woman and had no intention of harming the child or stealing the car. Charges of leaving a child unattended in a motor vehicle and leaving the engine of an unattended car running were pending against the mother.
