NFL -- Decided not to fine Los Angeles Raiders DT Nolan Harrison for shoving umpire Dennis Riggs during an argument last weekend in the fourth quarter against the Kansas City Chiefs. While protesting a ruling that he had failed to recover a fumble by the Chiefs, Harrison made contact with Riggs, resulting in Harrison's ejection.
