Children to go fishing

A group of physically and developmentally challenged children from Anne Arundel County and the Chestertown area will spend the day fishing tomorrow at Remington Farms in Chestertown.

Approximately 40 children, ages 12 to 15, will get an introduction to the sport of fishing by volunteers from Anne Arundel County Public Schools and the Bureau of Land Management of the U.S. Department of the Interior.

The event, scheduled from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., is being sponsored by Shimano American Corp., Remington Farms, and Du Pont/STREN.
