ROBBERY: Northwestern District -- Two men, one with a handgun, forced their way into a house in the 2500 block of Violet Ave. Monday night and robbed five people of their cash and jewelry, all valued at more than $3,000.

ASSAULT/ARREST: Northwestern District -- A resident of the 3000 block of Woodland Ave. was in the 5200 block of Reisterstown Road Tuesday when a man struck her several times with a broom stick when she refused to use drugs with him. Later, police arrested a suspect in the case and were holding him at the police station pending charges.

ROBBERY: Northwestern District -- A resident of the 6900 block of Kilbron Court was in the 3700 block of W. Rogers Ave. Tuesday afternoon when two men, one with a handgun, robbed him of his wallet and $30.

SHOOTING: Northwestern District -- Police were seeking two men who fired at least one shot at a resident of the 3300 block of Hillsdale Ave. after they called to him from behind bushes as he walked a block from his home. The man was not injured.

THEFT: Southeastern District -- Someone entered a house in the 1200 block of Wohler Way Monday and stole an air conditioner and an AM-FM cassette radio, all valued at nearly $600.

ROBBERY: Southeastern District -- A resident of the 3500 block of Woodland Ave. in Pimlico was walking in the 900 block of Low St. Monday night when a gunman robbed her of jewelry valued at more than $500.

STOLEN CAR: Southeastern District -- A 1990 Chrysler New Yorker with Maryland tags XJB727 was stolen from the 3900 block of Mount Pleasant St. Monday.

ASSAULT: Northern District -- A resident of the 2900 block of Edgecombe Circle South was arguing with a man at her home Tuesday when the man struck her in the head with a hard object. The man fled the scene, and the woman was taken to Sinai Hospital for treatment of a cut that required several stitches to close.

BURGLARY: Northern District -- Meat and cheese products were stolen from Harry Little's pizza shop in the 300 block of E. 32nd St. over the weekend.

BURGLARY: Southern District -- Someone entered Avalon Industries

in the 1100 block of Wicomico St. Tuesday and stole a cash box containing more than $200.

ROBBERY: Southern District -- An unarmed man robbed the Burger King restaurant in the 1400 block of W. Patapsco Ave. of an undisclosed sum Tuesday night after giving an employee a note demanding money.

ROBBERY: Western District -- Two men, one with a handgun, robbed a resident of the 2100 block of W. Baltimore St. of his wallet and money in the 1900 block of W. Fayette St. Tuesday.

BURGLARY: Western District -- Police were seeking a known suspect who entered a house in the 1600 block of Gwynns Falls Parkway Tuesday through a kitchen window and then fled when the occupant arrived home and dialed 911.

BURGLARY: Western District -- Someone entered a house in the 1300 block of N. Fulton Ave. after the occupant moved to Virginia and stole property valued at nearly $2,700.

BURGLARY: Western District -- A VCR, radio and a microwave oven, all valued at more than $400, were stolen Tuesday from a house in the 1800 block of Mulberry St.

Baltimore County

SHOOTING: Garrison District -- Police were seeking a man who allegedly shot his pregnant wife in the legs early Wednesday morning during an argument in their home in the 500 block of Shirley Manor Road. The man fled the scene before police arrived shortly after the 12:40 a.m. incident. Police said the woman, who is 8 weeks pregnant, was shot in one leg and that the bullet passed through and lodged in the other leg. The woman fled down the street to her aunt's house, whose XTC occupants called the police. The woman was taken by a Reisterstown Volunteer Fire Company ambulance to the parking lot at the Chartleigh Shopping Center, where she was flown by MedEvac helicopter to the Maryland Shock Trauma Center. Her condition is listed as stable.

ROBBERY: White Marsh District -- An unarmed man robbed the Wawa store in the 6000 block of Rossville Blvd. of an undisclosed sum of money early Wednesday morning after forcing an employee and a customer onto the floor.
