Man accused of entering his ex-girlfriend's house

A Silver Spring man was arrested and charged with breaking and entering Sunday after being accused of twice entering his ex-girlfriend's house without permission.

Andre Christopher Whisenton, 21, entered through the front door of the house, in the 9400 block of Two Hills Court in Oakland Mills, at about 2 a.m., police said. He was ordered to leave and did so, but a short time later he slipped back in through a bedroom window, police said.

Mr. Whisenton was released on his own recognizance.


* Kings Contrivance: 7500 block of Yellow Bonnet Place: Someone burglarized a residence by cutting a screen and breaking the glass of a basement window between June 28 and 3:30 p.m. Sunday.

Nothing was stolen, however, police said.

10100 block of Cape Anne Drive: An unlocked $120 15-speed boy's bike was stolen from a front yard between noon and 4 p.m. Tuesday.
