Boston Celtics -- Reached an agreement with F Dino Radja of Croatia, their second-round draft pick four years ago who has been playing in Europe.
Golden State Warriors -- Acquired F Chris Webber, the first pick in the draft, from the Orlando Magic for G Anfernee Hardaway, the third pick in the draft, and first-round picks in 1996, 1998 and 2000. New Jersey Nets -- Acquired the 36th choice overall in the draft from the Washington Bullets for future considerations.
Orlando Magic -- Named Matt Guokas VP of basketball development, and Brian Hill coach.
Washington Bullets -- Renounced the rights to C Charles Jones and G Andre Turner.
