Harms, Benbow lead Suns to 8-1 victory


HAGERSTOWN -- Kris Harms went 2-for-4 with four RBI and Lou Benbow went 3-for-4, leading the Hagerstown Suns to a 8-1 victory over Charleston (17-16) in a South Atlantic League Northern Division game last night.

Harms hit a three-run homer to highlight a four-run third for the Suns (19-14). Hagerstown added three in the sixth, before Mike Culbaugh's fourth homer of the season, completing the scoring for the Suns.

Jose Silva (4-2) picked up the victory for the Suns, allowing one run and four hits with eight strikeouts in 7 1/3 innings.
