THEFT: Northeastern District -- A cellular phone valued at $400 ,, was stolen from an unlocked car in the 3800 of Elkader Road over the weekend.
BURGLARY: Northeastern District -- Someone entered an apartment in the 2800 block of Harford Road Monday and stole a 19-inch TV and a microwave oven, all valued at nearly $1,500.
THEFT: Northeastern District -- A stereo receiver worth nearly $150 was stolen Monday from a car in the 4300 block of Fenwick Avenue.
THEFT: Northeastern District -- Someone entered a van owned by the League for the Handicap while it was parked in the 1100 block of E. Cold Spring Lane Monday and stole stereo equipment valued at $200.
BURGLARY: Northeastern District -- Office equipment valued at more than $1,000 was stolen from Coulthard Services Inc. in the 4400 block of Belair Road Monday.
ASSAULT: Western District -- A resident of the 1500 block of Richland Ave. was in the 2700 block of Pennsylvania Ave. early Monday when he was attacked by another man who struck him on the head with an unknown object. The victim was taken to Sinai Hospital, where he was listed in stable condition.
ROBBERY: Western District -- Two men, one with a handgun, robbed a resident of the 800 block of Brice St. of cash and property, all valued at nearly $300, in the 600 block of N. Pulaski St. Monday.
ROBBERY: Western District -- A resident of the 1600 block of N. Gilmor St. was robbed of tools valued at more than $200 in the 2500 block of Baker St. Monday by two men, one with a handgun.
ROBBERY: Western District -- Two men entered the Sandtown Launderette in the 1800 block of W. Lafayette Ave. Monday afternoon and asked the attendant for change. One of the men then pulled out a handgun ordered the employee to give him the contents of the cash register. The men escaped with less than $30.
ROBBERY: Western District A driver for Vizzini's Pizza was in the 2400 block of W. Lafayette Ave. Monday night when a gunman robbed him of more than $50.
ROBBERY: Western District -- A man with a handgun robbed the Honey Bee food store in the 500 block of N. Arlington Ave. of an undisclosed sum Monday night.
ROBBERY: Southwestern District -- A resident of the 2100 block of Mount Holly St. was leaving a grocery store at N. Denison Street and Clifton Avenue Monday night when he saw a man attempting to steal his car. When the motorist ordered the man to stop, the man pulled out a handgun and pointed it at the car's owner. The gunman and a second man, drove off in the victim's car.
SHOOTINGS: Eastern District -- A gunman stepped out of an alley near E. Preston and Ensor streets Monday night and shot three people. One victim, a resident of the 1200 block of Ensor St., was hit in a finger and was taken to the Raymond Curtis Hand Center at Union Memorial Hospital for treatment. A woman who lives in the 1000 block of E. Preston St., sustained a minor wound to the face and was treated at the scene. A resident of the 1500 block of Aisquith St. was shot in the leg and was treated at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Police said they knew of no motive for the shooting.
SHOOTING: Southwestern District -- Two men shot each other during an argument in the 600 block of N. Rosedale St. A resident of the 900 block of N. Rosedale St. was shot in the buttock and was treated at the Maryland Shock Trauma Center before being released and arrested. The second man, a resident of the 3100 block of Normandy Woods Road, was shot in the leg and was reported in good condition at Bon Secours Hospital. Charges were to be placed against each man.
THEFT: Southwestern District -- Someone entered a car parked in the 2900 block of Presstman St. Monday and stole a TV valued at $300.
STOLEN CAR: Southwestern District -- Someone stole a 1993 Ford with Maryland tags AGB985 from the park and ride lot in the 900 block of Security Boulevard Monday.
THEFT: Southwestern District -- Police were seeking a known suspect who entered his ex-girlfriend's home in the 2200 block of N. Ellamont St. Monday and stole cash and jewelry, all valued at more than $500.
THEFT: Southwestern District -- Someone stole four wheel covers from a car in the 2100 block of Mount Holly St. Sunday or Monday.
CUTTING/ARREST: Northwestern District -- Police arrested a man Monday after he cut a resident of the 3500 block of W. Belvedere Ave. on the head with a knife during an incident near the victim's home.
ROBBERY: Northwestern District -- A resident of the 4000 block of Dorchester Ave. was walking near her home Monday morning when a gunman robbed her of cash and property, all valued at more than $500.
THEFT: Northwestern District -- Someone entered a trailer parked in the 5600 block of Metro Drive and owned by Polk Audio of the same address Monday and stole cash and stereo equipment, all of unknown value.
SCHOOL BURGLARY: Northwestern District -- Computer equipment of unknown value was stolen over the weekend from the Malcolm X Elementary School in the 2800 block of Shirley Ave. by someone who entered through a window.
BURGLARY: Northwestern District -- Jewelry valued at $1,000 was stolen from a house in the 4800 block of Snader Ave. Monday by someone who entered through a rear second-floor window.
BURGLARY: Northwestern District -- Someone entered a garage the 3600 block of Woodbine Ave. Monday and stole tools valued at more than $900.
ROBBERY: Northwestern District -- A gunman robbed the Rite Aid pharmacy in the 5100 block of Park Heights Ave. Monday of an undisclosed sum.
ROBBERY: Northwestern District -- A resident of the 5800 block of Western Run Drive was walking near her home Monday morning when a gunman robbed her of $25.
BURGLARY: Northwestern District -- Someone entered a house in the 5400 block of Jonquil Ave. Monday and stole jewelry worth over $200.
STOLEN CAR: Northwestern District -- A 1987 Acura Legend with Maryland tags 416AML was stolen from the 4300 block of Springdale Ave. Monday.
STOLEN CAR: Northwestern District -- A 1985 Mazda 323 with Maryland tags NYE447 was stolen Monday from the 3800 block of W. Forest Park Ave.
SHOOTING: Southern District -- A resident of the 900 block of Lemmon St. was shot in the back Monday morning by one of two men who asked him for change in the 200 block of S. Calhoun St. The victim was taken to the University of Maryland Medical Center for treatment.
ASSAULT: Southern District -- Police were seeking two men who attacked a resident of the 1500 block of S. Hanover St. in his home Monday morning and cut him on the neck and legs with a knife. The victim was admitted in serious condition at the Maryland Shock Trauma Center.
BURGLARY: Southern District -- Someone entered a house in the 800 block of Seagull Ave. Sunday and stole a VCR, movie tapes, and several other pieces of property, all valued at more than $1,000.
THEFT: Southern District -- The cabin of a yacht moored at the Middle Branch Marina in the 3100 block of Waterview Ave. was entered over the weekend by someone who stole a VCR, TV and other items, all valued at more than $700.
ROBBERY: Woodlawn District -- For the second time in two days, the same man robbed the Royal Farms store in the 5300 block of Old Court Road. About 8:15 p.m. Monday, a man wearing a black hooded sweat, dark pants and who implied he was armed with a handgun robbed the store of an undisclosed sum. On Sunday night, the same man robbed the store.
ROBBERY: North Point District -- A gunman hid inside the Fashion Bug clothing store in the 200 block of North Point Road Monday night then left his hiding place at closing time. He then ordered three female employees onto the floor while telling a fourth to get money from the office or he would kill the manager. After taking an undisclosed sum, the gunman shoved the manager into a storeroom and escaped.
ROBBERY: Wilkens District -- A man with a 9mm semiautomatic handgun robbed the McDonald's fast-food outlet in the 5600 block Baltimore National Pike Monday night and escaped with an undisclosed sum.
THEFT: Abingdon -- Someone entered a car parked in the 200 block of Rushmore Court Sunday through a rear window and stole a cassette receiver valued at more than $400.
