SHOOTING: Northwestern District -- Kenneth Saunders, 20, of the 1100 block of Orleans Street, was shot in the chest at 10:15 p.m. Saturday in the 4000 block Park Heights Ave. He was in fair condition yesterday at Sinai Hospital.
SHOOTING: Northwestern District -- Robert Grey, 21, of the 4300 block of Liberty Heights Ave., was shot and superficially wounded in the right side of the head by a teen-age occupant after kicking in the front door of a house in the 2600 block of Park Heights Terrace. Mr. Grey was charged with burglary after being released at Sinai Hospital. The teen-ager was not charged.
SHOOTING: Northwestern District -- One of two women walking from a 7-Eleven store in the 2300 block of Ocala Ave. Saturday was in serious condition at University Medical Center after being shot three times during a robbery by two men, one with a gun. One woman escaped the men by climbing over a wall.
THEFT: Central District -- A Ford truck was broken into in the 200 block of E. Redwood St. between 10:30 and 11 a.m. Saturday. About $500 worth of property was stolen from the vehicle.
ARMED ROBBERY: Central District -- A man with an unknown type weapon stole a $300 bicycle from its rider in the 100 block of East 20th St. shortly past midnight Sunday.
ARMED ROBBERY: Central District -- A man with a pistol stole $25 from another man early Saturday in the 1800 block of Saint Paul St.
ASSAULT/ROBBERY: Central District -- A man jumped another man Saturday about 12:30 a.m. in the 600 block of East Pratt St., near Pier 5, and stole $200.
AUTO THEFT: Southeastern District -- A 1990 Honda with Pennsylvania tags was stolen from the 1400 block of Eastern Ave. between Friday night and Saturday morning.
BURGLARY: Southeastern District -- Suspects entered the basement of a home in the 100 block of N. Luzerne Ave. between Friday and Saturday and stole valuables worth $360.
BURGLARY: Southeastern District -- Someone entered a kitchen and stole $7,200 worth of property from the 2300 block of Cambridge St. between 10 p.m. Friday and midnight Saturday.
THEFT: Southeastern District -- Police arrested a man removing a radar detector and a cassette tape from a truck in the 4900 block of Holabird Ave. about 7 a.m. Saturday.
BURGLARY: Southeastern District -- Plumbing fixtures valued at $800 were stolen from the 1400 block of Gough St. when someone broke into a home between 4:30 and 10:15 a.m. Saturday.
ARMED ROBBERY: Northeastern District -- A man knocked a woman down in the 5400 block of Lock Raven Blvd. Saturday about 6:20 a.m. and stole her purse.
ARMED ROBBERY: Northeastern District -- A cab driver was held up Saturday night by two men in the 4400 block of Marble Hall Road. One man, who had a revolver, took $80 from the driver.
BURGLARY: Northeastern District -- Someone broke into the Belair Food Market, in the 3200 block of Belair Road, early yesterday morning and stole an unknown quantity of cigarettes.
BURGLARY: Northeastern District -- Someone stole $30 from a house in the 900 block of Homestead St. after opening a kitchen window Saturday.
THEFT: Northeastern District -- A boy's BMX bicycle valued at $50 was stolen from the back yard of a house in the 2600 block of Pelham Ave. between Friday and Saturday.
BURGLARY: Northeastern District -- A suspect used a tool to break into the basement window of a house in the 5100 block of Frankford Ave. and steal $50.
BURGLARY: Northeastern District -- Someone entered through a patio door in the 1900 block of Maulsby Court and stole two color TVs and a Nintendo game worth $1,000 between midnight and 7 a.m. Saturday.
BURGLARY: Northeastern District -- A TV, VCR, and stereo worth $2,430 was stolen from the 4900 block of Crenshaw Ave. Saturday. The suspects entered the front door of the apartment.
AUTO THEFT: Northeastern District -- A 1987 Mercury was stolen from the 4500 block of Finney Ave. between 1 a.m. and noon Saturday.
ARMED ROBBERY: Northern District: A man with a knife robbed another man in the 900 block of Woodson Road about 11:30 p.m. Saturday of money and jewelry worth $280.
ARMED ROBBERY: Northern District: A man with a 5-inch knife stole $30 from another man in the 4700 block of St. Georges Road about 4:45 a.m. yesterday.
AGGRAVATED ASSAULT: A woman cut and hit her husband with a knife and a hammer about 2:20 a.m. Saturday in their home in the 4100 block of St. Georges Road. The man suffered a superficial chest wound and a bump on his head.
AUTO THEFT: Northern District -- A 1986 Oldsmobile was stolen from the 4900 block of Lanier Ave. sometime between Friday night and Saturday morning.
THEFT: Northern District -- A purse containing about $1,600 worth of jewelry was stolen from a car in the 700 block of McCabe Ave. Saturday.
AUTO THEFT: Northern District -- A boy's small bicycle was stolen from the 300 block of Wyman Park Drive about 2 p.m. Saturday.
BURGLARY: Northern District -- A chainsaw valued at $300 was stolen from the 4000 block of Greenmount Ave. on Nov. 15 between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. and reported this weekend.
MOTORCYCLE THEFT: Northwestern District -- A suspect stole a 1992 Yamaha motorcycle from the 3400 block of Ludgate Road early Saturday morning.
AUTO THEFT: Northwestern District -- A 1984 Buick was stolen from the 3500 block of Powhatan Ave. on Saturday.
AUTO THEFT: Northwestern District -- A 1986 Buick parked in the 3000 block of Spaulding Ave. was stolen between Friday and Saturday.
THEFT: Northwestern District -- A female suspect entered a home asked the owner to use the bathroom, and the owner let her allowed her to come into the house. The suspect then asked for a glass of water and while the owner was getting the water, the suspect had stolen $50 off the night stand and left the house.
ARMED ROBBERY: Western District -- A woman walking in the 600 block of W. Freemont Avenue was held up by a man armed with a pistol about 2:25 a.m. yesterday. The suspect took $34.
RAPE: Western District -- A man armed with a pistol abducted a woman from the 1500 block of North Fulton Ave. about 1 a.m. Friday, drove her to a park and raped her. The woman walked back home and reported the incident to police on Saturday.
ARMED ROBBERY: Western District -- A man with a .38-caliber revolver robbed another man walking in the 500 block of North Calhoun St. about 3:40 a.m. Saturday.
CARJACKING: Southwestern District -- Two men with knives hit a man Saturday night and drove off in his 1988 Toyota pickup truck, which was parked in the 4400 block of Parkton St.
ARMED ROBBERY: Southwestern District -- A man with a pistol held up a clerk in the P&M; Grocery in the 2500 block of West Pratt St. about 2 p.m. Saturday and stole food worth $345.
AUTO THEFT: Southwestern District -- A 1989 Hyundai parked at the 200 block of Mallow Hill Road was reported stolen Saturday at 1:43 a.m.
ROBBERY: Southwestern District -- A man was robbed of $10 at the 1300 block of Bloomingdale Road. The victim was approached from behind at 1:30 a.m. and ordered to turn over his money. The suspect fled on foot.
THEFT: Southwestern District -- Items were taken from a bedroom of a house in the 100 block of S. Kossuth St. about 4:50 a.m. Saturday.
BURGLARY TRY: Southwestern District -- A burglar in a black leather jacket forced his way through the front window of a house in the 2100 block of Tucker Lane about 5:15 a.m. Saturday, but fled without taking anything.
BURGLARY: Southwestern District -- A suspect broke into the basement of a house in the 2900 block of Brighton St. about 9 a.m. Saturday and stole an unknown amount of copper piping.
THEFT: Southern District -- Cassette tapes and a jacket were stolen from a car in the 1100 block of S. Howard St. between late Friday night and early Saturday morning.
THEFT: Southern District -- A VCR, microwave, stereo, and 1992 black Buick were stolen from the 700 block of W. Ford St. Saturday between 6:30 and 7:30 a.m.
ASSAULT/ARREST: Southern District -- Police arrested a man for assaulting another man with a bat in the 400 block of S. Stricker St. at 3:30 a.m. Saturday.

SHOOTING: Towson -- A gunman shot one of two brothers he was robbing in a basement laundry room of an apartment building in the first block of Venus Court Saturday night. The victim, Neville Hibbert, 28, of the 6400 block of Liberty Road was first hit in the face with the gun and then shot in the left hip after he told the suspect he didn't have any crack cocaine about 9:10 p.m. The robber then took an undisclosed amount of money and ran. Mr. Hibbert's brother chased the man, who shot once at him, too, missing. Mr. Hibbert was taken to the Maryland Shock Trauma Center, where he was listed in good condition yesterday.
AUTO THEFT: Garrison District -- A car was stolen from the 9600 block of Reisterstown Road about 12:30 a.m. Saturday.
AUTO THEFT: Garrison District -- A car was stolen from the 2900 block of Fenning Circle Saturday morning.
BREAKING AND ENTERING: Towson -- Someone broke into a house in the 1400 block of Wentworth Ave. between Friday night and Saturday morning, ransacked the bedroom and took jewelry worth more than $300.
ARMED ROBBERY: Towson -- A man with a blue-steel revolver held up a cashier at a Rite Aid drug store in the 1200 block of Putty Hill Ave. about 6:30 p.m. Saturday.
ARMED ROBBERY: Towson -- Two men with guns robbed a cashier at Harry Little's Carryout in the 1600 block of York Road of an undisclosed amount of cash about 1:30 a.m. Saturday.
AUTO THEFT: Towson District -- A 1986 Toyota Camry was stolen from Chesapeake and Virginia Aves. at 12:09 a.m. Saturday.
