Senior back Shawn Taylor ran for 150 yards on 15 attempts, scoring the first and next-to-last Panthers touchdowns and surpassing 1,000 yards rushing for the season.
Taylor, who ran for 116 yards on nine carries in the first half, scored the first Annapolis touchdown on a 54-yard run with 9:05 left in the first period.
With six seconds to go in the first period, quarterback Juan Johnson, who was 3-for-3 for 40 yards and two touchdowns in the first half, hit Joe Pergerson with a 25-yard scoring pass.
For Chesapeake, Brandon Steinheim scored his 15th touchdown of the season on a 10-yard run and finished with 120 yards on 21 carries.
