Two companies rent office space at National Business Park
Two companies, including GTE Government Systems Corp., have rented office space at the National Business Park, a 350-acre site at Baltimore-Washington Parkway and Route 32.
The park includes a 12-story office tower -- the tallest in Anne
Arundel County -- that was rented in July to the National Security Agency, county and real estate sources say.
National Business Park is owned by Constellation Real Estate Inc., a Columbia-based subsidiary of Constellation Holdings, Baltimore Gas and Electric Co.'s development arm.
The new tenants are renting space in one of two two-story, 150,000-square-foot buildings next to the high-rise. GTE will rent 12,203 square feet of space.
The Ceridian Corp., formerly Control Data Corp., has signed a lease for 2,239 square feet in the same building. Ceridian is a computer services company that works with security systems.
