Assault alleged in costume dispute
A Millersville woman reported to police that her husband assaulted her during an argument over his Halloween costume Sunday afternoon.
According to the police report, the 2:45 p.m. domestic dispute began when the woman's husband said he wanted to dress as a woman for Halloween and get his ears pierced.
After the woman told her husband she was tired of him acting like a woman, he grabbed her wrist and pushed her several times, the police report said.
When officers arrived at the home in the 200 block of Nathan Way, they told the woman to see a District Court commissioner if she wanted to press charges.
