From 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Oct. 24 and 25, the Kiwanians will conduct their annual apple sale in the Severna Park YMCA parking lot, rain or shine.
The sale features hand-selected red and golden delicious, stamen and Rome apples, jugs of fresh cider and jars of homemade apple butter.
"We give all the money away," says Chairman Jerry Jackson. "This year it goes to the Severna Park YMCA, Bello Machre and Meals on Wheels, and a lot to the Homestead, Fla., Kiwanis Club."
