Westminster church focuses on aging
Sharon Baker, client services supervisor at the Carroll County Bureau of Aging, will lead a series of adult Sunday school classes at the Westminster Church of the Brethren during October and November.
Topics will focus on issues related to the aging process.
They include caregiving, community resources and legal issues.
A new Sunday school class for adults in their 20's through 40's will start in October.
Classes are at 9:30 a.m. weekly.
Sunday's sermon will be "Increase Our Faith" at 10:45 a.m. There will be a special offering for the world mission programs of the Church of the Brethren.
The morning service will be broadcast on WTTR radio.
A Love Feast and Communion will be at 7 p.m. Sunday.
