Coach's outlook: "I'm very positive and very excited. We have lot of seniors on this team and a lot of enthusiasm. I'm hoping we can improve on last year's record and win four or five games. I have a great bunch of guys to work with and, most importantly, they want to be successful. Everyone is supportive and looking forward to going out and having some fun."

Anne Arundel County Sun outlook: Spalding is more experienced than ever and with nearly half the squad graduating after this school year, look for this group to go for broke. The Cavaliers managed to pick up two wins last season with much of the same personnel and appear poised to double that win total this fall. Don't expect too much from the Cavs, but do expect improvement.
