Airman Kendall completes training
Airman William J. Kendall has completed basic training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas.
During the six weeks of training, the airman studied Air Force mission, organization and customs and received special training human relations.
The airman is the son of William L. and Felicia R. Kendall of Darlington.
F: He is a 1985 graduate of John Carroll School, Bel Air.
Petty Officer Trout in ship ceremony
Navy Petty Officer 1st Class Randall W. Trout, son of BernarT. and Shirley M. Trout of Joppa, recently participated in the decommissioning ceremony of the frigate USS Robert E. Peary, which has its home port at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii.
The ship, named for Admiral Robert E. Peary, the first explorer to reach the North Pole, was the third U.S. ship to bear his name. The ship joined the fleet in September 1972 and completed 12 deployments to the South Pacific, Indian Ocean, Western Pacific and the Persian Gulf.
The 1975 graduate of Edgewood Senior High School joined the Navy in July 1975.
Airman Leckrone finishes basic training
Airman Cindy M. Leckrone has completed Air Force basic training at Lackland Air Fore Base, San Antonio, Texas.
The airman is the daughter of Mike and Margaret Leckrone oEdgewood. Her grandparents, Ruth and Joe Haller, reside in Saginaw, Mich.
L She is a 1991 graduate of Perry Hall High School, Baltimore.
Marine Pvt. Roberts passes supply course
Marine Pvt. Sandy L. Roberts, of Bel Air, recently completed the Enlisted Supply Basic Course.
During the course at Marine Corps Supply School, Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, N.C., students received instruction in the basic techniques of stock control used by the Marine Corps to account for government property.
The 1990 graduate of C. Milton Wright High School joined the Marine Corps in January, 1992.
Seaman Brenner passes basic training
Navy Seaman Recruit Richard S. Brenner, son of Jennie C. Giza of Belcamp, recently completed basic training at Recruit Training Command, Orlando, Fla.

Seaman Fahr passes Navy basic training
Navy Seaman recruit Jason E. Fahr, son of Barry K. Fahr of Abingdon, has completed basic training at Recruit Training Command, Orlando, Fla.
During the cycle, recruits are taught general military subjects designed to prepare them for further academic and on-the-job training in one of the Navy's 85 occupational fields.
Studies include seamanship, close-order drill, naval history andfirst aid. He joined the Navy in April 1992.
Navy Airman Jesatko finishes basic training
Navy Airman Recruit Stephen A. Jesatko, son of Sherry S. and Anthony J. Jesatko III of Fallston, recently completed basic training at Recruit Training Command, San Diego.
The 1991 graduate of Fallston High School joined the Navy in April 1992.
