Here is a compilation of some of the crimes reported to area and state police:
* Baltimore Boulevard: Two attempts to burglarize Mann's Liquors were made between Aug. 12 and 16, employees told Maryland State Police. Nothing was taken, but locks and fencing were damaged or removed.
*Christiana Court: A house under construction was vandalized during the night of Aug. 19.
*Brimfield Circle: A Panasonic telephone and answering machine were stolen after someone broke a window of a house and gained entry on Aug. 16.
*Sooner Court: Two VCRs, a microwave, TV, CD player and Nintendo game were stolen from a house after an intruder forced the front door on Aug. 16.
*North Main Street: Two juveniles were arrested after they allegedly broke into the storage area of an apartment and removed several articles. A sander and some paint were recovered and returned to the complainant on Aug. 20.
*East Main Street: A parking meter was stolen from its site in downtown Westminster. The cost of replacement is $507.97, according to city officials.
*Daniel Drive: Rick S. Albee reported last Tuesday that his
bicycle, valued at $100, was stolen.
*Liberty Street: Property with a value estimated at $260 was stolen from the car of Dennis McClelland of Pennsylvania Avenue while it was parked at the Gehr Lot last Monday.
*East Main Street: Donald Donovan, an official of the Donovan Construction Co., told police Friday that someone entered a company garage and stole materials valued at $481. Jan B. Peeks reported that her car was broken into and articles worth $1,124 were taken near the company on the same day.
*Timber Ridge Drive: Charlotte S. Michael told police Thursday that a side window of her car was shattered by someone using a BB gun. Damage is estimated at $100.
*Bishop Court: Deborah A. Mathias informed police Tuesday that a side window of her car was shattered. Estimated damage is $100.
*Alymer Court: Lawrence M. Murphy told police Saturday that someone threw eggs and fingernail polish at the rear fence of his house. Damage was about $300.
