Seattle Mariners -- Placed P Kerry Woodson (0-1, 3.29 ERA) on the 15-day DL with sprained ligaments in his right elbow. The team sent him to Triple-A Calgary on Friday, but that transaction was voided yesterday after he was examined by team doctor Larry Pedegana. The disabled-list assignment is retroactive to Wednesday.
