Police took Ollie M. Milon, 28, of Harrisburg, Pa., into custody Saturday night and charged him with assault with intent to murder.
Two men were found wounded at about 10 p.m. in the 400 block of Washington St. Bervin R. Hamilton, 26, of the 400 block of Washington St., was shot in the stomach and flown to the Maryland Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore, police said. He is listed in serious condition.

Witnesses reported that when Cook went to Hamilton's home to collect a debt, an argument ensued between the two men, police said. One of the two pulled out a handgun. Cook and Hamilton struggled to gain possession of the weapon, police said, and the gun discharged at least once.
