Recipient's comments: "I feel very honored. [Alumni work] is something I enjoy doing. I've avoided this for a while because I hate the individual recognition, but it is a way to get more information out into the community about the college. I have a great sense of debt to the college for giving me the fundamentals I needed to get back into school. It is intangible debt. In some ways, I wish it was a matter of dollars and cents, I'd just write it off on a check. I'll be working this debt off for the rest of my life."
