Spaniard's trip postponed

A representative from the Spanish parliament scheduled to visit Crofton Friday has postponed his trip to the United States because of a death in his family.

Gerado Conde Roa, 32, a member of the Popular Party who represents communities in the northwest part of the country, had wanted to see how a city or town manager operates in small-town government.

A new date for the visit has not been set.
