Library closed
The library's Odenton branch is closed until June 1 for roof repairs and asbestos removal.
Patrons may use nearby branches at Provinces in the Severn Square Shopping Center, Maryland City in the Maryland City Shopping Center, or Crofton in the Crofton Centre.
Open Door child care
Before- and after-school licensed child care will be available in September for children enrolled at Odenton Elementary School.
When schools open late due to inclement weather, the child-care center will open on time.
The weekly fees will be $19 before school from 7 to 9 a.m., $24 for after school from 3 to 6 p.m., and $37 for both.
