According to police, Easton began arguing with Kerby Milbourne Fletcher, 23, when he arrived at her home to pick up his daughter.

Fletcher was treated and released from North Arundel Hospital.

Police say wife turned over husband's PCP

The wife of a Brooklyn Park man turned PCP allegedly belonging to her husband over to police during a domestic argument Monday night, police said.

According to the police report, officers were called to the Ramsey home at 11:20 p.m. to break up an argument.

As the officers arrested Ramsey on an assault charge, his 33-year-old wife gave them a jar filled with parsley flakes sprayed with PCP, police said.

When they arrived at Northern District, Ramsey, who was handcuffed, jumped out of the car and ran into the woods. Police said he was found hiding behind his home about half an hour later.

Police say they searched the house and found a bottle of liquid PCP in the laundry room.
