Dorris F. Griffitts, 82, died Thursday in Florida. She was the wife of the late Russell A. Griffitts Sr. Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Richard and Carole Griffitts of here, and two granddaughters.


Minnie K. Faulstich, 89, died Friday at Carroll County General Hospital. She was the wife of the late John C. Faulstich. A niece, Evelyn C. Hart, survives.

C. Glenn Ebersole, 62, died Thursday at Carroll County General Hospital. He was the son of Olevia Gray Ebersole of Westminster and the late Charles G. Ebersole. He was the husband of Nona Mae Thorpe Ebersole. Retired from the Maryland National Guard and the American Can Co., he had been an inspector and plant operator for Stella Maris. In addition to his wife and mother, survivors include daughters, Carolyn Jackson of Virginia and Harriet Riley of Hanover, Pa.; son, Glenn G. Ebersole of Red Lion, Pa.; and four grandchildren.

Owings Mills

George A. Harris Sr., 91, died Sunday at Blue Ridge Haven West Nursing Home in Pennsylvania. He was the husband of the late Beulah K. Clark Harris. A former resident here, he was a retired mechanic. Survivors include daughters, Mary Shue and Helen Sweisford, both of Hanover, Pa.; sons, John Harris of Manchester, Charles and George A. Harris, both of Baltimore County; sisters, Helen Hopper of Finksburg, Mary Brown and Stell Alban, both of Owings Mills, Grace Bitzel of Baltimore, and Mabel Heidle and Anna Sullivan, both of Upperco; 21 grandchildren and 31 great-grandchildren. Services will be at 1 p.m. today at the Eckhardt Funeral Chapel. The family requests memorials to St. Jacob's United Church of Christ, Route 1, Brodbecks, Pa.


Mary Lucy O'Hara, 58, died Sunday at her Baltimore County home. She was the wife of Eugene M. O'Hara. She had worked for Proctor and Gamble Co. as a shipping clerk. Additional survivors include daughters, Jean Marie and Julie Ann O'Hara, both of here; son, Michael P. O'Hara of Manchester; sister, Helen Taylor of Pennsylvania; brother, Bernard Ebkens of Baltimore; and four grandchildren. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 10 a.m. today at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Glyndon.


Margaret A. Bloom, 77, died Friday at her home. She was the wife of Fred C. Bloom. For many years, she had worked at Union Bridge Sewing Co. She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Littlestown, Pa. Additional survivors include a daughter, Norma J. Taylor of Westminster; son, Michael A. Bloom of here; brothers, Oscar Erb of Virginia and Paul Erb of Westminster; sister, Lillie Mae Zile; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.


Maurice L. "Pat" Weaver, 77, died Thursday at Cherrywood Manor Nursing Home in Reisterstown. He was the husband of Evelyn Rawlings Weaver. Retired from Suburban Propane, he was a member of the Moose Lodge and was past president of Boring Volunteer Fire Co. Additional survivors include a son, Roy K. Krause of Towson; brother, H. Garfield Weaver of here; sisters, Pauline Gill and Frances Koenig, both of Reisterstown.
