Frances Sanzo Gerrard, vice president for sales of Hendersen-Webb Inc., a real estate development firm, died Tuesday of cancer at her mother's home in the Village of Cross Keys. She was 49.
A Mass of Christian burial for Ms. Gerrard was being offered today at the Cathedral of Mary Our Queen, 5200 N. Charles St.
The resident of Old Barn Road in Parkton was associated with the real estate company for 12 years. She handled sales of townhouses and condominiums.
Born in New York City, the former Frances Sanzo moved to
Baltimore as a child. She was a graduate of Notre Dame Preparatory School and attended the College of Notre Dame of Maryland.
She is survived by her mother, Frances Sanzo; three sons, John S. McCleary Jr. of New York City, Thomas S. McCleary of Baltimore and Peter S. McCleary of Parkton; two sisters, Barbara Sanzo Sonn of Dallas, and Janet Sanzo Anderson of Chicago; and her companion, Lawrence A. Menefee Jr. of Parkton.
The family suggested memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society or the Stella Maris In-Home Hospice Program.
