Services for homemaker Barbara Ann Gosselin of Severn will take place at 10 a.m. today, at the Hardesty Funeral Home, 851 Annapolis Road, Gambrills.

Mrs. Gosselin, 53, died April 28 of respiratory arrest at Kimbrough Army Hospital.

Survivors include her husband, retired U.S. Army Col. Raymond A. Gosselin; two sons, Christopher R. Gosselin of Colorado Springs, Colo., and David A. Gosselin at home; her mother, Yvette Tremblay of Manchester, N.H.; and a sister, Nancy Vercauteran of Chicago, Ill.

David Ferris Sr.

Bank executive, 59

Services for David Bothwell Ferris Sr. of Glen Burnie, a vice president with the Mercantile Bank and Trust Co., took place April 28 at the Singleton Funeral Home Chapel.

Mr. Ferris, 59, died suddenly April 24 at North Arundel Hospital.

He was born and raised in Auburn, N.Y., and graduated from the University of Maryland in 1958. He served in the Marine Corps.

Survivors include his wife, the former Joan D. Daley; a son, David Bothwell Ferris Jr. of Severna Park; a daughter, Karen F. Kellner of Baltimore; two brothers, Jeffrey Ferris of Skaneateles, N.Y., and James Ferris of Colton, N.Y.; two sisters, Mary Mason of Jacksonville, Fla., and Nancy Wait of Auburn, N.Y.; three grandchildren; daughter-in-law Susan Ferris of Severna Park; and son-in-law William Kellner of Baltimore.

Edith V. Slade

Technician, 70

Services for retired Westinghouse technician Edith Virginia Slade of Glen Burnie took place yesterday at the Singleton Funeral Home Chapel.

Mrs. Slade, 70, died April 27 at the Meridian Nursing Home in Easton of cardiac arrest.

Survivors include two sons, Harry B. Eicholtz of Stevensville and Edward M. Slade of Glen Burnie; two sisters, Marie Butz and Pauline Trudy, both of Pasadena; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
