POLICE SEEKING LEADS IN RESTAURANT SHOOTING

County police were looking yesterday for the men who shot out the windows of a Severn fast-food restaurant on Tuesday.

At 7:15 p.m., two men in a white Volkswagen shot out the front windows of a Wendy's restaurant in the 1600 block of Annapolis Road, the police report said.

Although several people were in the restaurant, no one was injured, police said.

The following break-ins have been reported to county police:

Crofton:

1300 block of Wellfleet Lane: April 20, entry gained through the door. Appliances taken. Total loss: $1,075.

Fort Meade:

1900 block of Reece Road: April 16, entry gained through the door. Appliances taken. Total loss: $500.

Glen Burnie:

7800 block of Leymar Road: April 21, entry gained through the door. Money taken. Total loss: $100.

400 block of Kent Road: April 21, entry gained through the door. Tools taken. Total loss: $100.

7900 block of Phirne Road: April 20, entry gained through the window. Total loss: $591.

Odenton:

1200 block of Odenton Road: April 4, entrygained through the door. Nothing taken.

Pasadena:

3100 block of Mountain Road: April 21, entry gained through the door. Nothing taken.

Severna Park:

400 block of Ritchie Highway: April 21, entrygained through the window. Money taken. Total loss: $20.
