STOLEN AUTO: Central District -- A man reported that his 1987 black four-door Chevrolet was stolen between noon and 2 p.m. yesterday from the 300 block of Dolphin St. The Maryland plates are ZNK-897.

LARCENY: Central District -- A woman said someone threw a brick through the rear left window of her car and stole her $400 leather jacket while the car was parked in the 1600 block of St. Paul St. between 7:30 and 9:15 last night.

BURGLARY: Northern District -- Someone broke into a house in the 1000 block of Reverdy Road through a kitchen window between 8 p.m. and 11 p.m. Monday and stole a 1933 Winchester shotgun, a stereo and two VCRs. The total loss is $2,000.

BURGLARY: Northern District -- Someone entered a home in the 5100 block of The Alameda between 7:45 a.m. and 10:55 a.m. yesterday and took $238 in cash, two metal cabinets, a 13-inch television and a watch.

LARCENY: Northern District -- Between midnight April 17 and 9:30 a.m. yesterday, someone stole four tires and rims, valued at $320, from a 1985 Nissan parked in the 3000 block of Chestnut Ave.

LARCENY: Northern District -- About 5:30 p.m. Monday, someone stole a lawn mower from the patio of a home in the 4800 block of Renwood Ave.

BURGLARY: Northern District -- Someone entered a conference room yesterday at Johns Hopkins University in the 3400 block of N. Charles St. and stole eight chairs valued at $472.

BURGLARY: Northern District -- Someone entered an unlocked storage room at Johns Hopkins University in the 3400 block of N. Charles St. between 9:15 p.m. and 10 p.m. Monday and stole video equipment valued at $920.

LARCENY: Northern District -- Between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. yesterday, someone forced open a door of a 1985 Ford parked in the 200 block of Chancery Road and stole a 35mm camera and a toolbox, all valued at $350.

LARCENY: Northeastern District -- Between 10:30 p.m. Monday and 9:45 a.m. yesterday, someone pried open a door to a 1990 Oldsmobile station wagon in the 3800 block of Yolando Road and stole an amplifier, two boom box speakers and two crates of records valued at more than $2,500.

LARCENY: Northeastern District -- Someone entered a 1972 Pontiac between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. yesterday in the 3300 block of Belair Road and stole a car stereo with a compact disc player and compact discs valued at $310.

LARCENY: Northeastern District -- An automobile owner reported that someone removed the 10-by-6-foot bed from his 1988 pickup truck between 10 p.m. Monday and 6:30 a.m. yesterday while it was parked in the 3800 block of Mayberry Ave. The part was valued at $800.

ASSAULT, ROBBERY: Northeastern District -- A woman reported that two robbers in their 20s approached her about midnight Monday and pointed a silver handgun at her as she was getting into her car in the 1300 block of Woodbourne Ave. The armed man struck her over the head with the handgun before taking $15.

THEFT: Northeastern District -- Between 7 p.m. Monday and 6 a.m. yesterday, someone stole $400 worth of men's clothing from a clothes line in the back yard of a home in the 4200 block of Mary Ave.

LARCENYLARCENY: Northeastern District -- A 19-year-old woman reported that someone took her purse, which contained $125 and other property from a desk at a Catholic school in the 800 block of E. Preston St. The purse was stolen between 1 p.m and 2:30 p.m. yesterday.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT: Southeastern District -- Two men, one carrying a baseball bat and the other a cane, struck a man on his shoulder and back in the 6300 block of Cardiff Ave. about 6 p.m. yesterday. The attackers fled.

ARMED ROBBERY: Southeastern District -- About 10:20 p.m. yesterday, a 16-year-old was robbed of $16 and his leather jacket when a man approached him, produced a gun and demanded money. The gunman also struck a 14-year-old in the head with the handgun when the victim failed to produce money.

ATTEMPTED ROBBERY: Southeastern District -- Two would-be robbers tried to grab a purse from a woman in the 1700 block of Thames St. about 9 p.m. yesterday, but she held on to her pocketbook and the attackers fled.

ROBBERY: Southeastern District -- The 42-year-old owner of a cleaning shop in the 200 block of S. Broadway was grabbed around the neck by one of two robbers who demanded money. She handed over $300 to the robbers about 6:10 p.m. Monday.

BURGLARY: Southeastern District -- Between 7:30 p.m. Monday and 12 a.m. yesterday, someone entered a home in the 1400 block of Gough St. through a first-floor bathroom window and stole a turntable, an amplifier and cassettes, all valued at $450.

LARCENY: Southeastern District -- Someone opened a window to a car in the 200 block of S. Central Ave. between 8 a.m and 11 a.m. yesterday and took a CD player valued at $500.

STOLEN AUTO: Southeastern District -- Someone stole a 1992 Saturn with New Jersey plates HKX-874 from the 600 block of N. Wolfe St. between 10 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. yesterday.

BURGLARY ATTEMPT: Southeastern District -- Police arrested Willie Brown, 36, of the 1300 block of E. Baltimore St., for allegedly kicking down a rear door to a home in the 200 block of S. Bethel St. about 1:10 p.m. yesterday.

BURGLARY: Southeastern District -- Someone stole $1,000 worth of copper pipes from a home in the 600 block of S. Montford St. between Friday and Monday.

BURGLARY: Southeastern District -- A Panasonic VCR was stolen from a home in the 500 block of N. Carrollton Ave. between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. yesterday.

LARCENYLARCENY: Southeastern District -- Someone broke a window of a 1980 Volvo parked in the 500 block of S. Caroline St. between 4 p.m. Monday and 6:30 a.m. yesterday and stole an AM-FM radio valued at $90.

BURGLARY: Southwestern District -- A woman reported that someone entered her kitchen window and stole an undetermined amount of property from her home in the 1400 block of N. Rosedale St. shortly before 2:30 a.m. yesterday.

ARMED ROBBERY: Southwestern District -- A woman reported that two men in their 20s robbed her of $500 in cash and property about 1:30 p.m. yesterday while she was in the 200 block of N. Monastery Ave.

ARMED ROBBERY: Southwestern District -- A woman said a man with a knife ordered her to surrender her car and car keys about 2:40 a.m. yesterday while she was in the 3100 block of Baker St. Charles Roland, 25, no address given, was charged with armed robbery.

ASSAULT: Western District -- A resident of the 1500 block of Clifton Ave. said a resident of the same address, Harry Hall, 38, pointed a .25-caliber handgun at his head at 7:20 p.m. yesterday. Mr. Hall was arrested, charged and held at the Western District lockup, pending a bail hearing.

ARMED ROBBERY: Western District -- A woman said a man in his early 20s approached her shortly before 4 p.m. yesterday in the 800 block of W. Saratoga St., pointed a handgun at her and demanded money. She gave him $94.

BURGLARY: Western District -- Between 7 p.m. Monday and 10 a.m. yesterday, someone forced opened the front door of a garage at Beckwith Auto Clinic in the first block of N. Stricker St. and stole $810 worth of tools.

THEFT: Western District -- A resident of the 2400 block of Harlem Ave. said someone stole her purse, which contained $1,050, from her bedroom between 11 a.m. Sunday and 11 a.m. yesterday.

Baltimore County

ARMED ROBBERY: Essex Precinct -- A woman and a man with a blue steel semiautomatic handgun entered Hair Performance in the 300 block of Back River Neck Road after 7:30 p.m. yesterday and demanded money from three employees and a customer. The robbers also ordered money removed from the cash register. After getting an undisclosed sum, the robbers ordered the four victims into a back room and fled.

ARMED ROBBERY: Garrison Precinct -- A man approached another man in the 100 block of Painters Mill Road at 11:19 p.m. yesterday, robbed him and struck the victim in the side. The victim wasn't seriously injured. The amount of money stolen wasn't disclosed.

Anne Arundel County

ARMED ROBBERY: Western District -- Shortly after 9:12 p.m. yesterday, a robber entered the Subway Sub Shop in Severn Square, displayed a silver-plated automatic handgun and demanded that the clerk give him the money in the cash register. The gunman fled after the clerk complied.

DRUG ARRESTS: Western District -- After executing a search warrant about 10 p.m. yesterday at a home in the 3300 block of Old Line Ave. in Maryland City, county police charged three people with possession of illegal drugs and a weapon. Police arrested Marshall Jack, 21, and Michelle Smith, 22, of the Old Line Avenue address and charged them with possession of marijuana. Also arrested was Joel Ensley, 21, no address given. He was charged with possession of illegal drugs and a sawed-off shotgun. Police seized $242 and about a half-ounce of marijuana.
