National defense contracts

Israel Military Industries in Chevy Chase won a $6,469,332 contract from the Navy to provide the U.S. Navy and the zTC Government of Australia with external fuel tanks for the F/A-18 aircraft.

RMS Technologies Inc. in Landover won a $18,917,837 contract from NASA to provide photographic support services.

ARINC Inc. in Annapolis won a $5,265,354 contract from the Air Force to provide a cost-plus-award-fee contract for engineering services for the NAVSTAR Global Positioning System User Equipment Group.

AT&T; General Business Systems in Silver Spring won an $18,750,000 contract from the Defense Supply Service to lease, purchase and service telecommunications stations equipment for the Department of Defense within the National Capital Region.

Defense research contracts

Universities Space Research Association in Columbia won a $2,300,000 contract from NASA for microgravity experiments and theoretical research.

Hughes STX Corp. in Lanham won a $913,274 contract from Goddard Space Flight Center to develop, maintain and provide processing and analysis support for science informations systems centers.

Eastern Analytical Inc. in College Park won a $49,990 contract from NASA for research and development.

Non-defense contracts

AT&T; Communications in Silver Spring won a $1,900,000 contract from the Marine Corps for long distance telephone service.
