ROBBERY: Northern District -- A 45-year-old resident of the 600 block of St. Dunstans Road reported she was walking near her home shortly before 11 p.m. Tuesday when two men approached and engaged her in conversation. Police said one of the men suddenly struck the woman and knocked her to the pavement. Police said one of the men produced a handgun and pointed it at the woman as his accomplice grabbed her purse. Police said the men fled with cash and property, all valued at more than $300. The woman was not seriously injured.

THEFT: Northern District -- Someone entered a house in the 400 block of E. Lake Ave. between March 31 and April 14 and stole an 18-karat yellow gold antique pocket watch with the date 1862 inscribed on it. The owner of the watch told police it was worth nearly $2,000.

THEFT: Northern District -- A student at Johns Hopkins University in the 3400 block of N. Charles St. reported that someone stole her gym bag while she was in the school gym yesterday. Police said the bag contained clothing and a watch, all valued at more than $600.

BURGLARY: Northern District -- Someone broke into a meditation center in the ground floor of the Marylander Apartments in the 3500 block of St. Paul St. through a rear door last week and stole a camera valued at more than $900.

THEFT: Northern District -- A 46-year-old resident of the 4900 block of Greenspring Ave. reported that someone who stays at her home stole two 14-karat gold necklaces and a baseball cap, all valued at more than $900.

THEFT: Northern District -- A resident of the 2600 block of Greenmount Ave. told police that shortly after a fire at her house was extinguished Tuesday, someone entered the home, went to her bedroom and stole a watch and a ring. She told police the property was valued at more than $1,000.

ROBBERY: Western District -- A resident of the first block of Shropshire Court in Reisterstown reported he was in the 2500 block of W. Baltimore St. shortly before 1 a.m. yesterday when he was attacked by four men who struck him with their fists and robbed him of his 1977 Chevrolet. Police said the car has not been located.

ROBBERY: Western District -- A resident of the 1100 block of N. Fulton Ave. was walking in the 1300 block of N. Monroe St. shortly after 1 a.m. yesterday when he was accosted by a man with a handgun who robbed him of less than $1 in change and nearly $15 worth of food.

ROBBERY/ARREST: Western District -- Police arrested a man yesterday and charged him with robbing a woman of $5 in dimes in the 2100 block of Etting St. Police said the victim, a resident of the 2200 block of N. Calvert St., was standing in the 2100 block of Etting St. around 4 a.m. when she was pushed to the pavement by a man who stole the money. Later, police arrested Stuart Wilbeck, 30, of the 1600 block of Bakbury Court, and charged him with assault and robbery. Police said Mr. Wilbeck was held overnight at the station lockup in lieu of $15,000 bail pending a bail review hearing today before a District Court judge.

BURGLARY: Western District -- A resident of the 1700 block of N. Monroe St. reported that someone broke into her home through a kitchen door Tuesday night and stole a set of keys. Police said the intruder drove off in the victim's 1984 Chevrolet Monte Carlo.

BURGLARY: Western District -- Several pieces of property were reported stolen Tuesday or yesterday after someone broke into a house in the 2000 block of Penrose Ave. through a rear door. Police said the value of the loss was not known.

BURGLARY: Western District -- A resident of the 400 block of S. Beechfield Ave. reported that someone broke into a house he owns in the 1500 block of W. Lexington St. and stole a Social Security card, a food stamp check and a yellow jacket. Police said the property was valued at nearly $130.

CUTTINGCUTTING: Northeastern District -- Police today were searching for two men in connection with the cutting early yesterday of two other men in the 2800 block of Indian Head Drive in Clifton Park. The victims, Ernest Moore, of the 3900 block of W. Mulberry St., and Larry Jackson, of the 3100 block of E. Biddle St., told police they had picked up two men earlier and were driving them to their destination when their car broke down in the park. Mr. Moore and Mr. Jackson reported that one of the men then pulled out a knife and stabbed them. The two men ran off. The victims were not seriously injured. Police said they had no motive for the two cuttings.

BURGLARY: Northeastern District -- A resident of the 1700 block of Gorsuch Ave. reported that someone broke into her home through a window Tuesday night or yesterday morning and stole a TV, microwave oven, stereo equipment and a bike. Police said the property was valued at more than $5,000.

THEFT/ARREST: Northeastern District -- Police arrested a 40-year-old man yesterday and were holding him at the Eastern District lockup pending charges that he stole jewelry valued at more than $3,000 from a home in the 3500 block of Woodstock Ave. The victim told police the theft occurred between April 6 and yesterday. There is no lockup at the Northeastern District.

ASSAULT: Northeastern District -- A resident of the 3400 block of Teresa Court told police that during an argument at her home yesterday evening, a man she knows threatened her with a knife. Police said the woman was not injured and the man was arrested. Police said the man was held overnight at the Eastern District lockup pending charges of aggravated assault.

BURGLARY: Northeastern District -- Property valued at more than $5,000 was reported stolen from a dwelling in the 6500 block of Falkirk Road after someone gained entry through the front door. Police said two men seen leaving the house were being sought in connection with the break-in.

CHURCH BURGLARY: Northeastern District -- Officials of All Saints Lutheran Church in the 4200 block of Loch Raven Blvd. reported that someone broke into the main building Tuesday night or yesterday morning and stole a VCR of unknown value. Police said that entry was gained through a side door.

BURGLARY: Northeastern District -- A resident of the 3000 block of Southern Ave. told police that a TV, electric range and several radios were stolen from her home yesterday. Police said the value of the property was not known and there were no signs of forced entry.

ROBBERY: Northeastern District -- Police today were seeking two men who robbed a convenience store in the 4600 block of Harford Road yesterday. Police said the pair entered the Northeast Mini Mart and went up to the counter, where one of them pulled out a handgun and ordered the clerk to give them the contents of the cash register. Police said the thieves escaped with less than $50.

BURGLARY: Northeastern District -- Property valued at more than $2,500 was reported stolen from a dwelling in the 4200 block of Parkside Drive Tuesday after someone broke out a pane of glass in a door.

ASSAULT: Northeastern District -- A 16-year-old resident of the 7200 block of Jim Rowe Court in the Hollander Ridge development reported that during an incident near his home Tuesday night, he was attacked by a neighbor who struck him with a baseball bat. Police said the youth was not seriously injured. A man was arrested later and was being held at the Eastern District lockup pending charges of aggravated assault and a bail hearing before a District Court commissioner.

Baltimore County

ROBBERY: North Point District -- Two men were robbed of their money and jewelry yesterday afternoon at a 24-hour automated teller machine in the 7700 block of Eastern Blvd. by two other men, one of whom had a handgun. Police said the victims were walking near the East Point Mall shortly after 4 p.m. when they were accosted by two other men, one carrying a briefcase and wearing a tie, who ordered them to a nearby bank machine. There, the man with the briefcase opened it up and took out a handgun, which he pointed at the victims. Police said one of the victims was forced to remove an undisclosed sum from the machine. The gunman and his accomplice then robbed both men of their jewelry and ran off.

Anne Arundel County

ASSAULT/ARREST: Davidsonville -- Police on Sunday arrested Joseph Alonzo Wallace, of the 1500 block of Governor Bridge Road, and charged him with assaulting his brother by firing a shotgun at him during a dispute outside their home. The shotgun blast struck the ground in front of the house, missing Torrance Wallace. When police arrived, Joseph Wallace was not there. Later, police received a report that the occupants of the house were arguing again. When police arrived, they arrested Joseph Wallace and charged him with assault.

ROBBERY: Linthicum Heights -- A Glen Burnie woman was about to place a bank bag into the night depository at the Signet Bank in the 700 block of N. Hammonds Ferry Road Tuesday afternoon when a man with a handgun approached her from behind and ordered her to give up the bag. Police said the woman refused and the man grabbed the bag from her grasp and escaped on foot with an undisclosed sum.

Carroll County

BURGLARY: Silver Run -- A resident of Line Road reportethat someone broke into his home and stole several antique toys of unknown value. The intruder also damaged or destroyed several antique toys.

BURGLARY: New Windsor -- Several pieces of jewelry, at least one camera, a VCR and clothing were stolen from a dwelling on Houcksville Road after someone gained entry by forcing a door. Police said the value of the property was not known.
