Cookbook Review is a new bimonthly newsletter that interviews authors, tests recipes and provides other food-related news.
Each book is "graded" on reliability, usability, interest and overall worthiness. A recipe from each book is included, with reviewer's notes ingredients and techniques.
The March/April edition covers books featuring hearty fare, while the May/June version will focus on seasonal and farm cookbooks. The newsletter also will feature holiday cookbooks later in the year.
