BURGLARY: Northeastern District -- A resident of the 2700 block of The Alameda reported that someone broke into her home over the weekend by forcing the front door and stole property valued at more than $1,300. Police said the burglar escaped with clothing and a steam iron.
ROBBERY: Northeastern District -- A 13-year-old reported he was riding his bicycle in the 2400 block of Belair Road around 10:30 a.m. yesterday when he was accosted by two older youths, one armed with a handgun, who forced him off the bike and stole it. Police said the youth was not injured and the bike was valued at $200.
BURGLARY: Northeastern District -- Members of Dutchman Inc., a private club in the 2500 block of Harford Road, reported that someone broke into the building by removing an air-conditioner from a window and stole sound equipment valued at nearly $3,000. Police said the break-in occurred yesterday between 5 a.m. and 1 p.m.
THEFT: Northeastern District -- Police were seeking a 29-year-old man who entered the bedroom of a resident of the 2700 block of Tivoly Ave. over the weekend and stole jewelry valued at more than $900.
BURGLARY: Northeastern District -- Police said property valued at more than $300 was stolen between last Wednesday and yesterday from a dwelling in the 4300 block of Marble Hall Road after someone got in by forcing the front door. Police said the burglar made off with a 19-inch television from a bedroom.
BURGLARY: Northeastern District -- Police reported they were looking for two men in connection with the burglary of a home in the 4000 block of Parkside Drive during which stereo equipment and a carrying case were stolen. Police said the property was valued at more than $1,400 and that entry was gained through a basement door.
BURGLARY: Northeastern District -- Employees of A-1 Upholstering in the 5500 block of Belair Road reported that someone broke into the building over the weekend and stole more than $300 from a safe. Police said the safe was part of a metal cabinet in a first-floor room.
CUTTING: Northeastern District -- Police arrested a man yesterday evening and charged him with cutting his girlfriend with a knife during an argument. Police said that after the victim, Patricia Brown, 31, of the 2300 block of Ivy Ave., arrived home about 6 p.m. yesterday, her boyfriend became angry and struck her several times with his fist. Police said the man then cut Miss Brown on the left arm with a knife. The wound did not require medical treatment. Police were called to the house and arrested Gary Burrows, 28, of the same address, and charged him with assaulting Miss Brown and cutting her. Police said Mr. Burrows was held overnight at the Eastern District pending a bail hearing before a District Court commissioner.
STABBING: Western District -- Police today continue to search for a woman known as "Lisa" in connection with a stabbing early Saturday in the 1100 block of Sarah Ann St. Police said the victim was attacked by a woman with a knife shortly before 5 a.m. and stabbed several times in the head and chest. Police said the suspect fled and the victim was taken to the University of Maryland Medical Center, where she was treated and admitted. Her condition was not immediately known.
ROBBERY: Western District -- A man reported he was in the 1300 block of W. North Ave. shortly before 10 p.m. Saturday when he was accosted by two men who robbed him of his wallet and more than $100. Police said that during the robbery, one of the men placed a hard object against the victim's back.
ROBBERY: Western District -- Police said a Baltimore County resident was robbed over the weekend of his money and keys. Police said the victim was walking in the 2700 block of Westwood Ave. early yesterday when he was stopped by a youth in his mid-teens, armed with a handgun, who demanded he give up his money. Police said the victim gave up $5 in cash and his keys to the youth, who escaped on foot.
RAPE: Western District -- Police were seeking a man who raped a young girl around 1 a.m. Friday at her home. Police said the man is an acquaintance of the victim, who was taken to the University of Maryland Medical Center, where she was treated and released.
BURGLARY: Western District -- Employees of the Eagle West grocery store in the 2800 block of W. North Ave. reported that someone broke into the business over the weekend by removing a piece of wood that was used to cover a broken window. Police said property of unknown value was taken from the store.
BURGLARY: Western District -- City school police reported that someone broke into Harlem Park Middle School in the 1500 block of Harlem Ave. over the weekend. The break-in was discovered by school police yesterday morning during a routine patrol. They said several rooms in the school had been ransacked but that it was not immediately known if any property had been stolen.
BURGLARY/ARRESTS: Western District -- Security officers employed by Monumental Management in the 2600 block of Madison Ave. yesterday arrested two men who broke into an apartment in the 2500 block of Eutaw Place that is owned by the firm. Police said the men, one 28 and the other 30, were being held at the station pending formal charges of burglary and a bail hearing before a District Court commissioner.
BURGLARY: Northern District -- Police said two homes next to each other in the 300 block of Paddington Road were broken into over the weekend. They said the intruder in both cases forced a basement window and took cash and jewelry. The break-in, police said, occurred yesterday while the occupants were away and that it appeared the same person broke into both homes.
BURGLARY: Northern District -- A resident of the 4800 block of Keswick Road reported that someone broke into his home between March 15 and yesterday and stole two 10-speed bikes. Police said the bikes had a combined value of $500 and that entry was gained by forcing the basement door.
THEFT: Northern District -- A resident of the 5000 block of Ready Ave. told police that someone he knows entered his home over the weekend and stole cash and a watch. Police said the property was valued at nearly $600 and that the victim was expected to seek a warrant for the suspect's arrest.
BURGLARY: Northern District -- Property valued at more than $300 was reported stolen last week from a home in the 2800 block of Oakford Ave. Police said entry was gained by forcing a basement window and the intruder escaped with a green jump suit and several cassette tapes.
BURGLARY: Southwestern District -- A resident of the first block of N. Abington Ave. reported that someone entered his home over the weekend by forcing a rear basement door and stole a VCR, appliances and other household items, all valued at nearly $1,200.
ROBBERY: Southwestern District -- A man reported he was driving in the 800 block of Walnut Ave. around 2:30 a.m. yesterday when he stopped for a man who asked him for a ride. Police said the "hitchhiker" got into the car, pulled out a handgun and ordered the motorist to give up his money. After the gunman robbed the victim of about $70, he ordered him out of his car and drove off.
BURGLARY: Southwestern District -- Employees of RPS Towing and Auto Repair in the 2700 block of Wilkens Ave. reported that someone broke into the garage by removing a fan from a vent window. Once inside, the burglar got into a gray company-owned tow truck and drove it out of the garage. Police said the truck, bearing license plates TT-1672, had not been located.
BURGLARY/ARREST: Southwestern District -- Police yesterday morning arrested a man after he broke into a house in the 400 block of Hazlett Ave. The occupant of the house told police he entered the basement after hearing a noise and caught the intruder before he could flee. Police said nothing appeared to be missing from the house and the suspect was being held at the station pending charges and a bail hearing before a District Court commissioner.
CUTTING/ARREST: Southwestern District -- Police arrested a man and were holding him at the station pending charges that he stabbed Damon Banks in the shoulder around 6 p.m. yesterday in the 100 block of Stonecroft Road. Police said Mr. Banks was not seriously injured.

ROBBERY: Essex District -- Police reported that an Essex-area woman was robbed of $20 last evening while withdrawing money from a 24-hour teller machine. Police said the victim was withdrawing money from the machine at the Maryland National Bank in the 1500 block of Country Ridge Lane shortly after 7 p.m. yesterday when a man armed with a piece of wood approached her from behind and threatened to harm her if she didn't give him $20. Police said after the woman gave the man $20, he turned and fled on foot.
ROBBERY: Wilkens District -- A man reported he was about to enter his home in the 4400 block of Alan Drive shortly after 1 a.m. yesterday when was attacked by four men who struck him with their fists and robbed him of property valued at nearly $200. After assaulting the victim, the four stole his keys and a 35mm camera.
Anne Arundel County
BANK ROBBERY: Annapolis -- Police and federal authorities today continue their search for a man who robbed a bank at Forest Plaza last week of an undisclosed sum. They said a man with a handgun entered the Bank of Baltimore branch on Forest Drive and demanded a teller give him all the $100 bills in her cash drawer. When the teller told the man she had no $100 bills, police reported, the man demanded all her $20 bills. After he was given an undisclosed sum of $20s, the gunman turned and walked out the front door. Police described the robber as a white man in his 30s, 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing about 140 pounds. He had shoulder-length brown hair and was wearing a gray hat, white scarf and sunglasses.
DRUG ARRESTS: Freetown Village -- Armed with a search-and-seizure warrant, police last week raided a house in the 7800 block of Willing Court and arrested three people on drug charges. Police said the arrests came after narcotic officers received information from at least one reliable informant that crack cocaine was in the house. A search of the house, police said, resulted in the seizing of about $4,000 worth of crack cocaine and more than $700 in cash. Charged with possession of crack with intent to distribute were Ronnette Cook, 25, of the 1300 block of Shirleyville Road in Arnold, and Pamela Marshall, 24, of no fixed address. Charged with possession of narcotic paraphernalia was Bryan Johnson, 20, of no fixed address.

BURGLARY/STABBING: Edgewood -- The sheriff's department reported that a resident of the 1700 block of Fountain Rock Way was in serious but stable condition today at the Maryland Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore after she was stabbed by a man who broke into her home early yesterday. Police said Mary Elizabeth Johnson arrived home shortly after 1 a.m. yesterday, entered a second-floor room and was attacked and stabbed in the stomach by the intruder. The man fled, apparently without taking any property. Police said Ms. Johnson was able to dial 911 and was taken by ambulance to a landing site where she was placed aboard a Med-Evac helicopter.
