An article in Wednesday's Sun incorrectly reported that the Maryland Court of Appeals had ruled that an Ocean City hotel must remove its gazebo from the beach. In fact, the appellate court ruled that a Baltimore court has no jurisdiction, at least for now, in a case challenging Ocean City's beachfront construction limit. The case is to be tried in the Worcester County Circuit Court.
