University of Maryland basketball-signees Exree Hipp and Duane Simpkins have been named to the Capital All-Star team that will take on the U.S. All-Stars in the 19th annual Capital Classic at Cole Field House April 9 at 8 p.m. Hipp, a 6-8 forward from Harker Prep (Potomac, Md.) and Simpkins, a 6-0 guard from DeMatha (Hyattsville), join three Baltimore-area players who /^ already have been named to the team -- Donta Bright and Michael Lloyd of Dunbar and Kwame Evans of Southern.
