Tracor Applied Sciences in Rockville won a $9,729,114 contract from the Navy to provide scientific engineering services, design services and technical studies in support of the target strength reduction program.
Westinghouse Electric Corp. in Baltimore won a $8,517,277 contract from the Air Force to incorporate pulse Doppler illumination capabilities into the APG-68 radar for the F-16A/B aircraft sold under the Peace Vector II program.
International Business Machines in Bethesda won a $6,124,502 contract from the Air Force to provide hardware and software licensing for the Turkish Air Force Logistics Command.

Martin Marietta Aero and Naval System in Glen Burnie won a $1,555,998 contract from the Navy to provide dead reckoning tracer.
