A resident of Fairfax, Va., held the winning ticket for Wednesday's $3 million Lotto jackpot, state lottery officials reported today.
The winner was identified as R. Page. The winning ticket was purchased at Frank's Tavern, in Prince George's County.
The winning numbers were 17-21-22-33-40-46.
