Vice President Dan Quayle is to visit the McCormick/Schilling Hunt Valley spice plant at 1 p.m., followed by a talk with Bush/Quayle GOP delegate candidates and a press conference at 2:15 at the Hunt Valley Inn, 245 Shawan Road.
