A public meeting to discuss the Puppy Protection Act (H.R. 3718) will be held at 7:30 p.m. tomorrow in the auditorium of the Seton-Keough High School, 1201 S. Caton Ave.
The meeting is sponsored by the Dog Owners Guild of Maryland Inc.
