The Arundel Gardens Civic Association will meet Feb. 27 to discuss aproposal to build a 650-bed detention center in Glen Burnie.

The meeting will be at 8 p.m. at the Resurrection Lutheran Church on Hammonds Lane, in Brooklyn Park.

Scheduled to attend are delegates Joan Cadden, D-Brooklyn Park; Ray Huff, D-Pasadena; and Charles W. "Stokes" Kolodziejski, D-Carvel Beach.
