All Maryland income tax offices will stay open between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Lincoln's Birthday, Feb. 12, and Washington's Birthday, Feb. 17.

Those wishing to have Maryland income tax forms completed freeof charge should bring a completed copy of their federal return and all W2 statements to their tax offices, as listed on the back of the Maryland tax packet.
