SIGN-UPS SET FOR HEROES LACROSSE CLUB

The Heroes Lacrosse League, an organization of 1,200 boys and girls from grade school to college age, is forming a club team to compete in the United States Club Lacrosse Association.

Heroes lacrosse is expanding into the USCLA using the money raised through its box lacrosse program.

The 18-and-over men's team will be coached by Steve Marshall, theformer coach of the Bud Light Lacrosse Club in Glen Burnie, which competed in the Central Atlantic Lacrosse League.

Anyone wishing to register can do so at a sign-up meeting from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday, Feb.9, at Blue Channel Inn in Arnold.

The club team is open to all boys between junior high and college levels.
